  • Since we have not confirmed the operation check of second-hand goods, it is necessary for the purchaser to do the operation check.

Regarding the selling of products

  • How do you buy the products?
  • It could either be via over-the-counter purchase or meet-up with the seller.

  • How do you assess the products?
  • You can choose either bring in the product or a company representative can go over the seller.

  • What are the business hours?
  • Business hours are from 8:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. We are closed every Sunday and every second Saturday.

  • Are there any products that I can't sell?
  • We do not purchase dangerous goods and glass plastic. Please refer to Sellers page or you may personally contact us for details.

  • Are there any assessment fees, etc.?
  • Please feel free to contact us as it is free of charge.

Regarding the order

  • I haven't received the order completion email. Was the order placed?
  • If your order is completed successfully, we will automatically send an order completion email to the email address you used when ordering. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk email box.

  • Can I cancel my order?
  • It is possible before the product is ready to be shipped. Please note that you cannot cancel if it is ready to ship.

Regarding delivery

  • Can I choose the delivery method?
  • The delivery method depends on the size of the product to be delivered, so it cannot be selected by the customer.

  • I ordered using the wrong shipping address.
  • It is possible to change it before the product is shipped. Please inform us of the correct shipping address using the inquiry form as soon as possible. We will not be able to change the address after shipping the product, you will have to directly contact the delivery company.

  • Can you deliver on the specified date?
  • It is not possible to specify the delivery date. After completing the shipping procedure for the product, we will send you a shipping completion email, you may have to directly consult with the delivery company.

  • I was not present and couldn't receive the product, can you redeliver it?

    You have to directly contact the delivery company and let us know that you would like to redeliver the product.

    【Products that have passed the storage period due to long absence etc.】
    We cannot redeliver the items returned to our warehouse. Please order again.

  • You can pay via: Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
